To ensure your orders are delivered efficiently and securely, Rugged Limited (formerly FB Peripherals) partners with industry-leading courier services, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and TNT. Our logistics team selects the most effective carrier based on your order’s weight and final destination to provide the highest standard of service for every shipment.
For security and peace of mind, all deliveries require a signature upon receipt. This ensures that your high-value rugged equipment is handed over safely to you or an authorised recipient. In the event that no one is available to sign for the delivery, the courier will leave a notification card with a contact number, allowing you to easily coordinate a redelivery or arrange for collection from a local depot.
We understand that many of our industrial and defence clients have established logistics preferences. We offer full flexibility for those who wish to use their own carrier or a specific logistics provider. If you prefer to arrange your own pickup, please coordinate with our team to ensure a seamless and hassle-free handover tailored to your requirements.

Our Delivery Charges
At Rugged Limited (formerly FB Peripherals), we are committed to providing the best possible value by keeping our delivery charges competitive and transparent.
To ensure accuracy, shipping costs are calculated individually for every order. These rates are determined by the specific dimensions, weight, and final destination of your equipment, allowing us to provide the most cost-effective logistics solution for your requirements.
Our Delivery Times
At Rugged Limited (formerly FB Peripherals), we aim to dispatch in-stock items within 3–5 working days. During peak operational periods, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
For non-stock and built-to-order items, our standard lead time is 14–21 days, though this may extend to 28 working days during busy periods. Due to the specialist nature of large-quantity bulk orders and bespoke customised solutions, delivery for these items typically ranges between 21–35 days.
Please note that orders destined for locations outside the UK mainland may require additional transit time. All quoted delivery windows are calculated based on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
We recommend considering these timelines when planning your project requirements, as final delivery dates may vary based on real-time stock availability and your specific delivery location.
Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that you need to return goods, Rugged Limited (formerly FB Peripherals) has established a streamlined procedure designed to minimize inconvenience. This policy applies to consumers, authorized resellers, corporate, and business customers.
1.0 Suspected Faulty Items
If you experience technical difficulties, please contact our Technical Support Team at +44 (0)1474 240 120 during UK office hours or email sales@ruggedlimited.com. We can often resolve issues over the phone or via email.

Note: Please have your unit, serial number, or model number ready when contacting us.

Warranty Periods: Faulty items must be returned within the warranty period (typically 12 months for standard products and 90 days for OEM products).

Replacement: If diagnosed as faulty, we aim to provide a replacement within 4–5 working days, subject to stock availability.
2.0 Missing or Incorrect Items
If the goods received do not match your order description, please contact Customer Services at +44 (0)1474 240 120 within 3 days of receipt.
3.0 Signing for Goods
All items must be inspected upon delivery before signing. If an item appears damaged, please refuse the delivery and notify our Customer Services department immediately.
4.0 Damaged Items
If you discover a damaged item after delivery, contact us within 48 hours. A replacement will be issued once the damaged unit has been returned to Rugged Limited and inspected.
5.0 Unwanted or Incompatible Goods

Consumers: You may cancel your purchase within 7 working days of receipt. We will issue a full refund provided the goods are returned at your cost in an unused, complete condition with original, undamaged packaging.

Business/Reseller Customers: You may cancel within 7 working days of receipt. A refund will be issued minus a 20% administration and restocking fee. Goods must be returned in unused, “as-new” condition in original packaging.
RMA Requirement: Before returning any item, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number by calling +44 (0)1474 240 120. Returns are made at your own cost and risk; we strongly recommend using a reputable courier with insurance and recorded delivery.
6.0 Returning Items to Rugged Limited
All returns must be in their original packaging. Rugged Limited is not liable for damage resulting from inadequate packaging during transit. Please ensure you enclose:

Data Loss: Rugged Limited is not liable for data loss on any media sent for testing or repair. Please ensure all data is backed up before returning your device.
